Erin Riddell

Physiotherapist

Erin is an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a passion for treating dancers. She contracts her services from a Barrington clinic, and is very devoted in treating and supporting our Aspire and NZYBC students.

After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in 2009, Erin spent several years in Sydney working in a dance physiotherapy clinic and teaching Pilates. She then moved to London working at APPI and with the English National Ballet Company. Erin is fascinated with the biomechanics of the human body and uses a variety of manual therapy techniques and functional based exercise rehabilitation to get her clients moving. From her extensive work with dancers she has a specific interest in foot, ankle, hip and back injuries. She also loves working with injury free athletes and dancers to enhance their technique and performance.
